The following cases may be scheduled for argument before the Nebraska Court of Appeals at 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. on November 9 or 10, 2020, in the Court of Appeals Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska. Check the Proposed Call for your case and mark your calendar.  If you have a conflict on a date, please notify the Clerk’s Office via email at wendy.wussow@nebraska.gov or in writing to Nebraska Supreme Court, P.O. Box 98910, Lincoln, NE 68509.  Conflicts must be received by October 2, 2020.  This deadline date will be strictly enforced.  If you cannot argue at any time during the session, please file a stipulation or motion to continue.  You must show cause for the continuance.
