Supreme Court Proposed Call

The following cases may be scheduled for argument at the session of the Court to be held April 23, 24, 25, or 29, 2019. April 29th arguments will be held in Scottsbluff. Check the Proposed Call for your case and mark your calendar.  If you have a conflict on a date, please notify the Clerk’s Office via email at wendy.wussow@nebraska.gov or in writing to Nebraska Supreme Court, PO Box 98910, Lincoln, NE  68509.  Conflicts must be received by March 18, 2019.  This deadline date will be strictly enforced.  If you cannot argue at any time during the session, please file a stipulation or motion to continue.  You must show cause for the continuance.  

After the cases have been scheduled on the call, cases will not be continued except on a showing of urgent necessity.
