Dodge County Drug Court Participants Keeping Fremont Lakes State Recreation Area Beautiful

In honor of National Drug Court Month, Dodge County Adult Drug Court Participants took part in Keep Freemont Beautiful by picking up litter and other trash at Fremont Lakes State Recreation Area on May 11, 2021.  The volunteers (26 drug court members and participants) picked up 60 bags of trash in five hours. Drug Court participants previously took part in trash cleanup at different Fremont parks in May of 2020.  Coordinator Brandon Jerred commented, “We felt like the Fremont Lakes was the best choice for us to do this year, with just the popularity of those facilities out there.”
