Action Taken by Juvenile Court: The juvenile court terminated the appellant’s parental rights with respect to her son, Donald B., based on her admission to allegations in the termination motion. The juvenile court did not terminate the appellant’s parental rights with respect to her other son, however.
Assignments of Error on Appeal: Appellant alleges that the juvenile court erred by accepting her admission to allegations in the termination motion as a voluntary termination of her parental rights and further erred by terminating her parental rights with respect to one of her two sons but not both.
