State Capitol Construction Continues Through Court Quadrant

Relief sculptures under the arched windows in the Court quadrant of the State Capitol are covered to prevent damage during renovation. As HVAC upgrades in the Capitol continue, the Supreme Court has moved into the Court of Appeals courtroom and the Nebraska State (Law) Library has moved to UNL College of Law.  The relief tryptic (now covered) sits directly outside the library and represents individuals working together to have a say in government. It includes representations of the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, and the Magna Carta.
