A-12-0349,  OSC Ambassador, LLC, et al. (Appellants) v. Blum, et al.

Douglas County, District Court Judge W. Mark Ashford

Attorney for Appellants:  W. Patrick Betterman, Lindsay E. Pedersen (Law Offices of W. Patrick Betterman)

Attorney for Appellee:  Patrick R. Guinan (Erickson, Sederstrom, P.C., LLO)

Civil Action:  Application to Release Lis Pendens

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The district court determined that the appellants did not have standing to assert their equitable claims and cancelled the lis pendens as to both appellants.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  The appellants contend that the district court erred in cancelling the lis pendens as to both appellants and in considering, and determining, that the appellants lacked standing.
