Proceedings below:  Jimmie Kotrous filed a complaint against Lyle Sukup, Kristen Sukup, Ryan Zerbe, Ryan Camden, and Farm Credit Services of America, generally alleging that he was owed half the costs of erecting a boundary fence. Zerbe and Camden filed a motion to dismiss, which the district court sustained and dismissed Kotrous’ complaint. Kotrous appeals.

Issues:  The court erred in (1) dismissing plaintiff’s claim against Lyle J. Sukup and Kristen A. Sukup; (2) dismissing Plaintiff’s claim against Ryan Zerbe and Ryan Camden; (3) dismissing Plaintiff’s Complaint.
