Proceedings below: The trial court found plaintiff was temporarily and totally disabled and was entitled to indemnity benefits along with a running award of TTD until he reached MMI.

Issues: The trial court erred in (1) finding TTD and awarding past and future TTD benefits; (2) admitting medical records relating to plaintiff’s ER visit and ordering Appellant to pay the same; (3) ordering reimbursement for plaintiff’s substance abuse treatment at Valley Hope; (4) ordering future medical treatment.
