Action Taken by Trial Court: The action came before the district court on appeal from an appraisers determination filed in the county court. The district court granted Metropolitan Utilities District of Omaha’s motion for summary judgment and dismissed appellant’s inverse condemnation action with prejudice.

Assignments of Error on Appeal: The appellant assigns that the district court erred in (1) determining that MUD’s installation of a gas line regulator station was not a taking, (2) failing to grant appellant’s motion for summary judgment, and (3) granting MUD’s motion for summary judgment.
