Question Presented:

A prosecuting attorney who files and prosecutes criminal proceedings in a District Court or in a District County Court is not disqualified from appearing in the same court in a wholly disconnected civil proceeding, provided participation in the latter proceeding is not within the restrictions imposed by Nebraska Statutes.
