A-12-0484, Old Home Enterprises v. Ian Fleming, Travis Becker, Jason Vleck, Justin Valentine and David Moore (Appellants)

Douglas County, District Court Judge James T. Gleason

Attorney for Appellants:  Angela M. Minahan (Beinsch, Slattery, Bear & Minahan, P.C., L.L.O.)

Attorney for Appellee:  Lawrence G. Whelan (Whelan Law Office)

Civil Action:  Garnishee Liability Proceedings

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The county court entered judgment against Subway imposing garnishee liability for the debt of its employee Travis Becker and issued an order for the execution of the judgment. Subway filed motions to quash and to set aside the judgment; both motions were denied by the county court and the district court affirmed.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  Did the county court err in denying the motions to quash and to set aside judgment? Did the district court err in affirming the decisions of the county court?
