S-12-0390, Brian Sorensen (Appellant) v. Troy Veach

Dodge County, Judge Geoffrey C. Hall

Attorneys: Matt Catlett (Appellant) --- Michael Whaley (Gross Welch)

Civil: Dissolution of limited liability company; copyright

Proceedings below: The district court dissolved Powerfish, L.L.C. and equalized and divided its assets. Sorensen moved the court to reconsider or modify that part of its order that required the parties to sell the Powerfish “logo design.” After a hearing, the court overruled that motion.

Issue: The District Court of Dodge County erred in ordering what it designated as the "Powerfish logo design" to be disposed of or sold.
