Criminal Action:  First degree sexual assault, incest

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The jury found Kelly guilty of two counts of first degree sexual assault and two counts of incest.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  Kelly argues (1) the evidence was insufficient to sustain the charged offenses, (2) the trial court erred in admitting unfairly prejudicial evidence of prior alleged sexual assaults, and (3) his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance.
