Workers’ Compensation Action:  Dismissal of worker’s claim for benefits

Action taken by the Trial Court:  The trial court found that Hadfield did not suffer an injury during the course and scope of her employment and her injuries were not compensable. The court dismissed her petition.

Assignment of Error on Appeal:  Did the trial court err in failing to address the issues of cumulative, repetitive trauma which was pled in the petition?
