Civil Action:  Application to modify child support and alimony.

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The trial court granted a directed verdict at the conclusion of Appellant’s evidence, finding that as a matter of law he was unable to prove a material change of circumstances.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  On appeal, Appellant challenges the court’s granting of a directed verdict and the court’s ruling that certain proffered evidence of expenses was not relevant.
