Lancaster County, Judge Jodi Nelson

Attorney for Appellant:  Amie C. Martinez (Anderson Creager Wittstruck PCLLO)

Attorney for Appellee: Angelica W. McClure (Kotik & McClure)

Civil Action:  Dissolution

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The trial court divided the marital state, awarded the mother custody of the minor children subject to the parenting plan for the father, but denied the mother’s request to remove the children from Nebraska. The trial court also ordered the father to pay child support and alimony.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  The trial court erred in (1) failing to award joint physical custody of the children; (2) determining the appellant’s income for child support, alimony and attorney fees; (3) awarding alimony and the duration thereof; (4) ordering  the appellant to pay $10,000 in the appellee’s attorney’s fees; (5) dividing the marital estate. The appellee also raises various arguments on cross-appeal.
