Civil Action:  Paternity and Termination of Parental Rights

Action Taken by Trial Court:  The trial court found that the appellant was the father of the minor child and found that statutory grounds and best interests of the child required termination of the appellant’s parental rights.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  The trial court erred finding that statutory grounds for termination existed and finding that termination was in the best interests of the child.
