Attorney E-Filing Education Through Attorney Services

New Supreme Court rules mandate that all attorneys use electronic filing to replace paper pleadings beginning January 1, 2022.

Attorney Services will be offering complimentary education for attorneys and their office staff regarding the changes to prepare attorneys to meet the challenges posed by the new rules. Education has been created both by explaining the rules and showing attorneys how to e-file.

Live education is planned for Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at the Embassy Suites in LaVista.  This ½ day education session will present a total of four hours of attorney education, two hours of which will be in ethics.

Education regarding the e-filing rules and the process will also be offered as online education through Attorney Services. Courses will be launched by the end of September, and attorneys may sign up through their online portal account with Attorney Services.
