The following cases may be scheduled for oral argument before the Nebraska Court of Appeals to be heard on May 9 or 10, 2023, in the Court of Appeals Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska. If you are an attorney and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk’s Office in letter form via e-filing by selecting the "Notice of Conflicts with Call" option. If you are a self-represented litigant and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk's Office in writing to Nebraska Court of Appeals, P.O. Box 98910, Lincoln, NE 68509.  Conflicts must be received by April 5, 2023.  This deadline date will be strictly enforced.  If you cannot argue at any time during the session, please file a stipulation or motion to continue.  You must show cause for the continuance.

Prior to attending oral argument, parties are required to review the administrative order issued by the Chief Justice on February 8, 2023.  Said administrative order can be found here.
