The following cases may be scheduled for argument before the Nebraska Court of Appeals on March 8 or 9, 2022, in the Court of Appeals Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska, or the City Council Chambers, 309 North 5th Street, Norfolk, Nebraska, or at the Sarpy County Administration Building, County Boardroom, Second Floor, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, Nebraska. Check the Proposed Call for your case and mark your calendar.  If you have a conflict on a date, please notify the Clerk’s Office in letter form via e-filing by selecting the "Notice of Conflicts with Call" option. If you are a self-represented litigant and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk's Office in writing to Nebraska Supreme Court, P.O. Box 98910, Lincoln, NE 68509.  Conflicts must be received by February 4, 2022.  This deadline date will be strictly enforced.  If you cannot argue at any time during the session, please file a stipulation or motion to continue.  You must show cause for the continuance.

Prior to attending oral argument, parties are required to review the administrative order issued by the Chief Justice on August 9, 2021.  Said administrative order can be found here.
