The following cases may be scheduled for argument before the Nebraska Court of Appeals on January 11 or 12, 2022, in the Court of Appeals Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska. Check the Proposed Call for your case and mark your calendar.  If you have a conflict on a date, please notify the Clerk’s Office in letter form via e-filing by selecting the "Notice of Conflicts with Call" option or in writing to Nebraska Supreme Court, P.O. Box 98910, Lincoln, NE 68509.  Conflicts must be received by December 3, 2021.  This deadline date will be strictly enforced.  If you cannot argue at any time during the session, please file a stipulation or motion to continue.  You must show cause for the continuance.

Prior to attending oral argument, parties are required to review the administrative order issued by the Chief Justice on August 9, 2021.  Said administrative order can be found here.
