District Court:

  • The reference to the word “Recklessly” removed from the following domestic abuse forms (not in the language of the statute.)
    • DC 19:9 Domestic Abuse, Protection Order Information
    • DC 19:10 Domestic Abuse, Ex Parte Domestic Abuse Protection Order (or Renewal)
    • DC 19:11B Domestic Abuse, Modified Domestic Abuse Protection Order (or Renewal)
    • DC 19:12 Domestic Abuse, Protection Order (or Renewal)
    • DC 19:13 Domestic Abuse, Order to Show Cause (or Renewal)

County Court:

  • Corrected the link to the Personal and Financial Information Form due to the appendix number changing with modernization rules.

County Court and District Court:

  • CC 4:6 Praecipe for Subpoena  - Formatted and added line for place to appear.
  • CC 9:90 Estimate for Transcript of Proceeding (or testimony) - Changed the name - is for an estimate of the transcript only and to be consistent with the modernization rules reference.  Changed wording to comply with the modernization rules.  Formatted to comply with the modernization rules.
  • CC 9:93 Estimate for Bill of Exceptions - Added a Certificate of Service to the temporary form.
  • CC 9:95 Request for Extension - Bill of Exceptions - Temporary form Uploaded to Master List until available in the Court Reporting Portal.

FINANCE:

  • HR 2:03, Statement for Payment of Substitute Reporting Services - Implemented changes to reference the Court Rule and provide for State Court Administrator Approval date and form                            

Trial Court Services works with Judges, Clerks of District Court, Clerk Magistrates and the Administrative Office of the Courts to provide forms to improve efficiency and consistency in the Courts and Administrative Offices.
