  • In the event a Nebraska Court Interpreter is not available, judges, court, and probation staff may access the Language Line (username and password will be required to log in) for non-evidentiary proceedings.  The Language Line resource is for Judicial Branch users only.  Please do not provide username or password information to outside service providers or legal counsel.

If your court or probation office has a working relationship with certified Spanish interpreter or a qualified interpreter of another language, you are certainly welcome to reach out to that individual directly to check their availability for your hearing or appointment.  In the event your court or probation office requires assistance in scheduling an interpreter, please email your request as soon as you become aware of the need to NSC.Interpreters@nebraska.gov, and include the information below so we can schedule an interpreter for you.
