Child Welfare Conferencing Lunch and Learn - Seward - March 26

The objective of this learning session is to inform attorneys on the benefits of mediation. Space is limited.

Learn how to leverage this informal (outside court setting), confidential mediation tool to achieve better outcomes for children and families.

This CLE workshop covers the different types of Child Welfare Conferencing available through The Resolution Center, when they are utilized, and the different processes used to guide each meeting. Additionally, we will cover the referral process and how to get a conference ordered by a judge in juvenile cases. Lastly, we will cover the benefits of utilizing Child Welfare Conferencing for stakeholders, families and children.

Lunch will be provided.
