Proceedings below: Respondent admitted all of the allegations contained in the formal charges.  A referee was appointed to take evidence and report on appropriate discipline.  The referee filed a report and recommendation that Respondent be disbarred. 

Issues: Respondent believes assignments of error are not appropriate in this case except that the Referee erred in finding that the Respondent should be disbarred as a sanction.
