Criminal: Postconviction Relief

Proceedings below: Appellant’s convictions and sentences for second degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony were affirmed on direct appeal at State v. Issues: On appeal, Appellant makes one assignment of error:  The district court, erred by denying his Verified Motion for Postconviction Relief without an evidentiary hearing.
