   For the purpose of §§ 6-1203 through 6-1210, “problem-solving courts” means a postplea or postadjudicatory intensive supervision treatment program for eligible individuals. The purpose of the program is to reduce recidivism by fostering a comprehensive and coordinated court response composed of early intervention, appropriate treatment, intensive supervision, and consistent judicial oversight.
