§ 2-210. Default in filing briefs.

   (A) Appellant in Default--Failure to File a Brief. Any user who is registered for E-Notice shall receive notice of default in filing briefs through E-Notice. Notice of default sent through E-Notice shall be deemed received by the user upon transmission by the Clerk of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.

   (B) Appellee in Default. Any user who is registered for E-Notice shall receive notice of default in filing appellee’s brief through E-Notice. Notice of default sent through E-Notice shall be deemed received by the user upon transmission by the Clerk of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
