§ 2-225. Unregistered attorneys; paper filing and E-Filing in a single case.

   (A) On and after January 1, 2017, an attorney who has not registered under § 2-220(A)(1) shall be deemed to have withdrawn as an attorney of record in each case for which an appearance was previously entered. Unregistered attorneys who are required to register under § 2-220(A)(1) shall be required to comply with§ 2-220(A)(1) in order to proceed as attorney of record on an appellate case.

   (B) Until such time as the Nebraska Supreme Court determines otherwise:

   (1) Use of E-Filing for one document does not preclude paper filing of other documents; and

   (2) E-Filing by one user does not preclude paper filing by any other user.
