County Court and District Court:

• CC 7:7.2;DC 5:6;DC 5:7, DC 5:8 Order Approving Early Discharge from Probation and Post Release Supervision. Added a line for "whose last know address is: ___" at the request of probation.  The defendant's address may have changed during the course of the probation period.
• CC 6:15.1 Motion to Seal Records due to Acquittal or Dismissal.  New form.

HR:

• Changed the order of the Hiring checklist pages and removed the “attached” language at the request of HR.:
  • HR 1:20-H, Employee Hiring checklist.
  • HR 1:02, Request to Hire Checklist.

Judges, Clerks of District Court, Clerk Magistrates, and probation work with the Administrative Office of the Courts to provide forms to improve efficiency and consistency in the Courts and Administrative Offices.
