Records Retention Schedule for District Courts Updated
The Retention and Disposition Schedule for District Courts – Schedule 8 – has been updated and posted to the Nebraska Supreme Court Website.
The schedule has been simplified for ease of use by the clerks and court staff. A list of JUSTICE Reports is included to clearly identify the retention of each type of report.
Changes are the work of the Nebraska Clerks of the District Court Association Retention Schedule Committee. Members include Joni Bitterman, Clay County, Chair, Susan Paulsen, York County, Royce Gonzales, Nuckolls County, Sharilyn Steube, Washington County, and Jane Alexander, Douglas County District Court Deputy Clerk.
