The Self-Represented Litigation Committee’s sub-committee for District Court Forms has released an Emancipation module on the Self-Help Website: https://supremecourt.nebraska.gov/self-help/families-children/emancipation

The request for this topic comes from various Clerks of the District Court across the state. The material developed includes a fact page, forms, and instructions which were developed and vetted by committee members.
