The investiture of Lawrence E. Welch, Jr. as a Judge of the Nebraska Court of Appeals, 5th Judicial District, will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, in the Warner Legislative Chamber, 2nd Floor, Nebraska State Capitol. Judge Welch is replacing Judge Everett O. Inbody who retired from the Court of Appeals in December 2017.

Court of Appeals Chief Judge Frankie J. Moore will serve as host for the ceremony and Chief Justice Michael Heavican will administer the oath of office. The public is invited to attend.
