Office of Public Guardian Responds to Pandemic Demands

The Office of Public Guardian has moved to develop emergency preparedness plans for wards in their care. They have communicated with housing and medical care providers to ensure plans are in place to protect the health and wellbeing of OPG wards to the greatest extent possible. At this time in-person Guardian/Conservator Education classes are being converted to conference calls. The Office of Public Guardian, in conjunction with Language Access and Judicial Branch Education are working to develop and expand options for remote, foreign language Guardian/Conservator Education courses. At this time the quickest way to access Guardian/Conservator Education is through the OPG’s Online Guardian/Conservator Education class.
