Providers to See Service Rate Adjustments Beginning July 1

In July 2019, the Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation (AOCP) was allocated by the Nebraska Legislature additional dollars for service rates paid to providers as part of the biennium budget. New rates have been approved for the second year of the biennium budget, which begins July 1, 2020. The AOCP is working to finalize programming to implement new rates for both adult and youth services. These rate adjustments are in addition to the previous rate adjustments implemented by Probation on January 1, 2019; July 1, 2019; September 1, 2019; and January 1, 2020. Notice has been provided to the AOCP’s Registered Service Provider network and updated rate sheets for all adult and juvenile services, and corresponding rates, have been posted to the AOCP website.
