County Court and District Court:

• The following changes were made:
  • Downloading Adobe Reader and Changing Browser Settings: Revised the instructions for changing the settings in Chrome and added instructions for changing the settings in Edge.

County Court:

• CC 13:1.1, Appearance Bond with Preset Conditions, was created as an additional resource.  This is more consistent with the District Court Appearance Bond that has check boxes.
• Postage Rates were updated on the following forms:
  • CC 3:14, Fence Dispute Complaint Certified Mail Instructions and Return (all languages)
  • CC 4:5 Small Claims Certified Mail Instructions and Return

District Court:

• The following flowcharts were added
  • AD 2:33, Flowchart, Divorce With Children
  • AD 2:34, Flowchart, Divorce Without Children

Trial Court Services works with Judges, Clerks of District Court, Clerk Magistrates and the Administrative Office of the Courts to provide forms to improve efficiency and consistency in the Courts and Administrative Offices.
