Arabic Rights Advisement Now Available

The Language Access Program, in collaboration with Judicial Branch Education and NSC-IT, published an Arabic language County Courts rights advisement video to the Judicial Branch website on February 17, 2022.  The video is available through the Interpreters page or by searching for https://vimeo.com/678750658/c2289eb186

To play the video, simply click on the 'play' button on the lower left hand side of the opening screen, which is circled in green in the image below. To expand the video to display in full screen format, simply click on the four small arrows on the right hand side of the black bar at the bottom of the video, which is circled in red below in the image below.

Courts can download this video from the Judicial Branch website to a computer before expanding the display to full screen by clicking on the 'download' button near the center at the bottom of the opening Vimeo screen.

A certified Arabic translator completed the written translation in the video, and it was reviewed by local Arabic interpreters.  The audio was recorded Nebraska’s own Arabic interpreter Tara Trindle, pictured above.
