Registered Service Providers

Registered Service Providers

The Nebraska Judicial Branch is committed to enhancing and strengthening behavioral health approaches to Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders and the impact that supervision and services can have toward successful outcomes.

To receive referrals and work with justice-involved juveniles and adults, an agency and its individual providers are encouraged to apply to become an approved Registered Service Provider for the Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation.

Effective 05/08/2025, applicants must use this link to access the Registration Portal to submit a new Agency or Individual application to the Registered Service Provider Network.

Please note: All applicants must affiliate with an approved agency. If you own or operate your own agency, please submit an agency application to be approved before beginning an individual application.

Helpful Hints for New Applicants:

  • If the Agency you are affiliated with is not already registered, an Agency application should be completed first.
    • Most group services will require submission of a program plan. A suggested template is available here.
  • ALL users must first CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT and select a login ID (email) and password. Save this information for future reference.
  • The applicant will be asked to provide basic demographic and contact information.
  • If applying as individual Service Provider or a Representative, you will be asked to identify (affiliate) with the Agency you work for by selecting from a drop down of previously approved agencies.
  • For the question, “Are you applying as a representative of your agency, solely in a decision-making capacity (Clerical / Administrative), and not the provision of direct services?”
    • Staff providing direct services should answer No.
    • Staff in a Representative (Clerical / Administrative) role should answer Yes.
  • If providing direct services:
    • The applicant will also be asked for any licensure and criminal/ probation history.
    • The applicant will then select the services they are requesting to provide; services that the agency has already been approved for will be in the drop down for selection.
  • Once the application has been reviewed and accepted, the applicant will receive an email notification from nsc.providernetwork@nejudicial.gov with further instructions for accessing the Service Provider External User Portal (main portal).
