Initially part of an effort to increase access to teleservices for justice-involved Nebraskans, the Probation District Needs Analysis grew to encompass statewide adult and juvenile behavioral health and supportive service accessibility, as well as out-of-home placements for youth, with an ultimate goal of guiding future service expansion efforts. This Analysis incorporates survey responses from officers in each judicial district, in-person interviews with district management teams, voucher utilization data and input from multiple administrative staff members across divisions to ensure the information gathered was comprehensive and presented in a usable format.
