Nebraska Judicial Electronic Exhibits System
PUBLIC NOTICE: Nebraska Judicial Electronic Exhibits System (NJEES)
The Nebraska Supreme Court created and authorized an official electronic exhibits system, NJEES (Nebraska Judicial Electronic System), for parties, court staff, and judges to stage, submit, mark, offer, receive, and store electronic exhibits for use in a trial and other evidentiary court hearings.
At this time, the use of NJEES is limited to a pilot project and may only be used where the technology is available and as authorized by the Nebraska Supreme Court. The Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation (AOCP) is responsible for implementing a schedule.

The current schedule of court cases where NJEES will be piloted are in the following counties. This list of counties may change because cases are settled, dismissed, continued, and added.

- Sarpy County, Judicial District 2, District Court
- October 2024
