Supreme Court Proposed Call

The following cases may be scheduled for argument at the session of the Supreme Court to be held on February 5, 6, and 7, 2025, in the Supreme Court Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska. Check the Proposed Call for your case and mark your calendar. If you are an attorney and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk’s Office in letter form via e-filing by selecting the "Notice of Conflicts with Call" option. If you are a self-represented litigant and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk's Office in writing to Nebraska Supreme Court, PO Box 98910, Lincoln, NE  68509. If you cannot argue at any time during the session, please file a stipulation or motion to continue.  You must show cause for the continuance. Conflicts must be received by January 3, 2025.  This deadline date will be strictly enforced.   

Prior to attending oral argument, parties are required to review the administrative order issued by the Chief Justice on February 8, 2023.  Said administrative order can be found here.

After the cases have been scheduled on the call, cases will not be continued except on a showing of urgent necessity.
