New ADA Forms

New ADA Forms

The Nebraska Judicial Branch is committed to providing all people with equal access to the courts and probation.  To this end two new forms have been added to the NE Supreme Court website to assist the public.  If a member of the public has a disability and anticipates needing an accommodation the ADA Accommodation Request is available.  It is recommended that this is submitted at least 10 business days prior to the date needing the accommodation.  All requests will be given due consideration and if necessary additional information will be sought from the requester.    See: https://supremecourt.nebraska.gov/americans-disabilities-act-ada-accommodations

If a member of the public believes he or she has been excluded from participating in, or denied benefits of, any court or probation program or activity because of a disability, a ADA Grievance form is now available and should be completed and sent to the ADA Coordinator.
