Action Taken by Trial Court: Interested party Karen Anthony sought to remove Pinnacle Bank as co-trustee of the trust. Pinnacle Bank sought approval of a settlement agreement between Pinnacle Bank and grantor/co-trustee Dorothy Hunt. Anthony’s motion was denied, and the court approved the settlement agreement. The court also awarded attorney fees to Pinnacle Bank and to Randall Hunt, another interested party. Anthony appeals.
Assignments of Error on Appeal: On appeal, Anthony assigns the court erred in (1) dismissing Anthony’s petition, (2) approving the settlement agreement between Pinnacle Bank and Dorothy Hunt, (3) retaining jurisdiction pending a hearing on attorney fees, (4) awarding attorney fees to Pinnacle Bank and Randall Hunt, and (5) overruling Anthony’s motion to alter or amend the judgment.
