Saunders County Clerk Magistrate Diane Wagner recently submitted her notice of retirement effective June 30, 2025, after 36 years of service to the Judicial Branch.

“On behalf of the State of Nebraska, and its judicial branch, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Diane Wagner,” noted Judge Andrew Lange.  “Her selfless dedication to the courts, and the citizens they serve, are a model for others to aspire.  Her institutional knowledge will be sorely missed, but not nearly as much as her daily friendship.” 

Immediately prior to Wagner's retirement, an interim clerk magistrate will be designated for the court.
