Guardianship Survey Asks for Help Identifying Issues and Strengths of Guardianship System in Nebraska

Everyone interested in guardianships of adults in Nebraska is invited to participate in a survey conducted by the Nebraska Supreme Court Office of Public Guardian.

The online survey will be available through April 13, 2025.  The survey asks to share information, experiences, and opinions regarding the guardianship process.  It will also solicit suggestions on how that process can better meet the needs of adults under guardianship and the guardians appointed to support them.   Guardians and conservators, legal professionals, service providers, and other stakeholders are encouraged to participate.

Responding to the survey provides an opportunity for anyone in the public to join the Office of Public Guardian for future focus groups, which will further discuss the needs of individuals under guardianship and the people who support them.
