Investiture Ceremony for Court of Appeals Judge Freeman Set for July 1 at State Capitol

The swearing-in ceremony of Judge PaTricia A. Freeman as Judge of the Nebraska Court of Appeals will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, 3:00 p.m. at the Nebraska State Capitol in the 2nd Floor Rotunda,1445 K Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Judge Todd Hutton will officiate, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals Francie Riedmann will administer the oath of office, and Lt. Governor Joe Kelly will present the Certificate of Appointment on behalf of the Governor. Chief Justice Jeffrey Funke and Supreme Court justices will participate in the ceremony.

The public is invited to attend.
