The Judicial Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 10 a.m. central standard time, in Room 1510 of the State Capitol Building in Lincoln, Nebraska, to consider:

1. Whether a judicial vacancy exists in the office of the District Court, 6th Judicial District, due to the retirement of Judge John E. Samson.
