Chadron State College 1000 Main Street Chadron, Nebraska ** The Nebraska Court of Appeals, through Chief Judge Frankie Moore, will be holding a community outreach and education program known as the “College Campus Initiative” on the Chadron State College campus in the spring of 2017. The Court annually holds oral arguments on college campuses throughout Nebraska as a way of bringing the judicial branch to young people. Dr. Randy Rhine will meet with Judge Moore to discuss the program during the August 1 campus visit.
