Nemaha County Clerk Magistrate Nancy Hall submitted her notice of retirement effective June 30, 2023, after just over 35 years of service to the Judicial Branch.

“Nancy has been with the Nemaha County Court for 35 years, and the clerk magistrate for almost 20,” commented Nebraska Trial Court Services Director Sheryl Connolly. “She has survived tremendous changes in technology, administration, and staff.  Through it all, she has maintained her professionalism, composure, and her sense of humor. She will be missed.”

Immediately prior to the retirement of Hall, an Interim Clerk Magistrate will be designated for the Nemaha County Court.
