Nebraska Judicial Branch Adapts as Directed Health Measures Evolve

As Directed Health Measures begin to ease across the state, Nebraska’s Judicial Branch continues to adapt to the ever-changing climate.

In consultation with county commissioners and local legal communities, courts and offices statewide continue to modify operational protocols to accommodate the conditions dictated by the pandemic.

While some of the Judicial Branch’s physical spaces may have been forced to shutter by the coronavirus, the work of Nebraska’s courts, probation, and all other offices have been anything but.

The Judicial Branch has remained steadfast in its mission to serve Nebraska communities during this unique time of health and safety concerns.

As described in the attached video and audio links, the Judicial Branch continues to fulfill its mission essential functions in tandem with its concern for the safety of the staff and the public.

Nebraska’s Judicial Branch is moving strategically from emergency to recovery.
