Nebraska Supreme Court Ballot Initiative Challenges to be Streamed on Nebraska Public Media ‘Live’

The Nebraska Supreme Court will hear arguments on three ballot initiative challenges regarding abortion rights on Monday, September 9, 2024.

Cases are subject to call at 10:00 am in the Supreme Court Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska, and will each be given 15 minutes per side.

  • (S-24-0647) State ex rel Brooks v. Evnen (abortion – Original Action)  
  • (S-24-0653) State ex rel Constance et al. v. Evnen (abortion – Original Action)
  • (S-24-0654) State ex rel LaGreca v. Evnen (abortion – Original Action) 

The Nebraska Supreme Court will hear arguments on a ballot initiative challenge regarding private school scholarship on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.

Case is subject to call at 2:00 pm in the Supreme Court Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska, and will each be given 15 minutes per side.
